The Director of Student Engagement also serves as a resource to student organizations throughout the entire life cycle of an organization, including managing the new organization chartering process, advising the "Student Finance Committee" that funds student organizations, leading Student Organization Leadership Retreats, Training Organizations and Organization Advisors, and helping with organizational leadership transitions. Lead workshops, in collaboration with the Director of Student Leadership & Civic Engagement, to help navigate issues for organizations such as, but not limited to, conflict, leadership transition, and inclusive practices.
