This position requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the rodeo complex remains safe, clean, and welcoming for students, staff, visitors, and guests. Responsibilities include assisting with facility upkeep, arena preparation, grounds maintenance, equipment handling, event setup and teardown, and providing support during practices, competitions, and special events.
