Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move- ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work. Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions from the team and residents, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and assigning work orders with efficiency and urgency.

Serve as registrar for alternative schools, handling student enrollment, withdrawals, and record management in compliance with regulations for students not receiving special education services at alternative schools. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Services and Assistant Directors of Special Education, managing schedules, communications, and daily office operations.

This position also handles day to day cases with regards to student degree audit corrections, program progress guide exceptions, scribing updates if needed, program and course configuration in Banner, and other registration-related system maintenance activities.
