Specialized experience is defined as performing the following: (1) managing incoming discovery in tracking receipt, in index or logs including paper documents, and electronic files, (2) performing general administrative support duties ie: office automation software, preparing binders, file compilations for use during hearings, depositions, interviews and trials; (3) providing technical assistance to litigation teams, and utilizing various software applications to provide assistance to attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom presentations; (4) utilizing office automation tools in order to create physical and digital trial presentations, working with investigators, agents, and legal support staff; handling a wide variety of evidence and discovery; (5) and conducting factual legal research, non-legal databases, non-complex research of legislation, statutes, regulations, and court cases.
