SUMMARY: The Associate Dean of Applied Sciences & Advanced Manufacturing leads the planning, development, and management of the College's professional technical programs in the Applied Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing Area of Study, which includes programs in advanced manufacturing, engineering, computer science, information technology, and welding & fabrication. Train, supervise, and evaluate employees in accordance with College policies and applicable collective bargaining agreements, engaging in courageous conversations and appropriately using candor and principles of trust, honesty, humility, and compassion, while providing support and resources geared toward success, regardless of employee type.
