Job Duties: Serves as the primary advisor for two of the four fraternity and sorority governing councils (Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and College Panhellenic Council), providing comprehensive guidance for council operations, governance, and leadership development, while collaborating with team members to ensure consistency across all councils. Leads and implements fraternity and sorority-wide initiatives and educational programming designed to promote leadership development, mitigate risk, enhance compliance, and drive values-based engagement (e.g., Greek Leadership Conference, FSL Leadership Retreat).
