Position Summary: Assists and supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department in accordance with all governmental regulations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, Medical Director, and/or DON, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Serving families throughout Los Angeles County, we provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care focused on faster recovery, stronger outcomes, and a truly supportive environment.
