Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road. $125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

In 1972, Harrold Annett purchased the dormant trucking company, The Mickow Corporation. On March 6, driver Wally Harrah delivered TMC's first load from Chicago to Des Moines.
