Develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management resources across a spectrum of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and workouts, liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession and exit financing, distressed asset sales, creditor and stakeholder negotiations, plans of reorganization, and related disciplines. As part of the Knowledge Management & AI Group, this position collaborates across offices and administrative teams – including Research, Practice Group Management, and Information Technology – to translate emerging technology into practical, high-impact tools for lawyers and clients.
