The Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination among Workforce, Career, and Experiential Learning (WCEL); Academic Affairs; Student Affairs; Admissions; Financial Aid; Assessment, Planning, and Continuous Improvement (APCI); and Career Services to promote regulatory alignment, data integrity, effective noncredit-to-credit pathways, and student success. The Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) Workforce Coordinator supports the development, implementation, compliance, recruitment, and continuous improvement of workforce programs at Finger Lakes Community College, including short-term Pell-eligible programs subject to GE, FVT, VAE, and related completion and job placement requirements.
