Experience also includes exercising supervisory personnel management to plan work, set priorities, and evaluate staff; managing financial, budget, and community resources to meet installation objectives; analyzing and adjusting operations within available resources; and collaborating with senior leadership, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and civilian partners to advance mission readiness. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership, squadron commanders, and representatives from other military services, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and related civilian organizations regarding services provided.
