The Production Director is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Grace Baptist Church, Grace Christian Academy, and Oak Ridge campus production environments, ensuring excellence in audio, lighting, and broadcast (online audio and video). We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership, leads with integrity, and is driven by the opportunity to serve the church and school, helping create environments where the gospel is clearly communicated and lives are transformed.
