The Career Services Specialist provides comprehensive career development services to students and/or alumni job seekers through individualized career coaching, career education, and program coordination; develops and delivers career readiness programs and resources; supports career fairs, recruiting initiatives, and other career-related events; evaluates program effectiveness; contributes to institutional efforts that advance student and alumni career success. Plan, coordinate, and execute career fairs, career-related events, networking programs, and recruiting activities that connect students and alumni with employment and career development opportunities; coordinate student and alumni participation and facilitate related preparation and follow-up.
