The incumbent must be able to train and oversee day-to-day activities of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy residents, interns, students and clerks, as well as the oversight of pharmacy interns, students, and technicians for accuracy as it relates to regulatory compliance, and coordination of workload. Specific job functions will include but not be limited to such activities as: quality improvement/assurance monitoring, scheduling, technician involvement (training, in-services, etc.), orientation/training of new staff, completion of personnel evaluation forms and supporting documents and other activities related to individual employee performance.
