Provides direct service and support to current and returning students through information regarding the Colleges programs and services, registration, transcript evaluation, orientation, assessment of learning, and facilitating student engagement in academic and career planning activities, student success skills, college policies and procedures, and student co- and extra-curricular activities offered at the College. This position provides direct academic support, mentoring, and coordinated service delivery plan and connects students to needed resources with the primary purpose of improving course completion and graduation outcomes in the Program.
