Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required • Leadership experience in quantitative, computational, bioengineering and/or systems biology oncologic sciences within an academic or research setting • Strong track record of collaborative research, scientific rigor, and contributions to multidisciplinary cancer research • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and manage complex research support services • Proven exceptional leadership and mentorship skills for research programs, faculty, trainees, and staff • Ability to collaborate at a senior level with other ACDs, vice presidents, senior directors, directors, and managers.
