Safety and Security Ambassadors services include Hospital Information Desks, ICU Waiting Room Desks, NICU desk, PRI Information Desks, 2nd floor OR waiting room, Cart Drivers, Discharge Lobby Desk, Outside Greeters, One Day Surgery Desk, WPRCI after-hours desk, emergency department, outpatient center desk, a Concierge, and Ambassadors at all entrance points to the various buildings on campus. Qualifications: High School, GED, or formal educational equivalent Experience in Security and/or a Hospitality role in a customer service role Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service skills Computer proficiency is required Perform work safely, following all company policies and procedures Monitor work area for safety and security concerns.
