In collaboration with athletic trainers, team physicians, sports psychologists, and strength and conditioning coaches, and in support of coaches, athletics administrators and department personnel, the Performance Dietitian will work with the Director of Football Performance Nutrition to manage and deliver comprehensive nutritional services to approximately 115 football student-athletes. • Conduct individual medical nutrition therapy for diagnosis such as ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, type 1 diabetes, stress fractures and bone health, celiac disease, severe food allergies, body composition management and interventions, pre- and post-surgical management, illness, eating disorders, REDS, and disordered eating.
