Working closely with NJIT University Admissions and leveraging their enrollment systems (e.g., Slate, Banner, Workday), the individual will collaborate directly with the SAET Built Environment Division (SBED) Academic Advisor and the Coordinator of the CIM Program to execute a unified recruitment and retention strategy. Essential Functions: Student Recruitment & Admissions Alignment: Work directly with NJIT University Admissions and utilize admissions systems/software (Slate, Banner, Workday) to learn, implement, and track best practices in student recruitment.
