Responsibilities: The overall responsibility of the Addictions Counselor is to provide and assure continuity of services to chemically dependent Young Adult and Adult patients and assure continuity of care in appropriate assessment, treatment planning, and referral.

Coordinate clinical team meetings with the Clinical Director & Medical Director, and others as appropriate, such as counselors, LPN, RN, and Team Leaders for sharing information and input about clinical issues affecting the program.
