The Engagement Specialist will engage, advocate for, support, and maintain a direct working relationship with individuals and families during crises, including follow-up and community linkage to support crisis stability. · Teaches and provides resources to link individuals to community resources (e.g., medical counseling, applying for housing, energy assistance, WIC, food stamps, substance abuse providers, etc.) as needed.
