Our plant team brings together the sawmill operations, production, grading, kiln drying, surfacing, packaging, and quality control to transform hardwood logs into high-quality lumber products for customers around the world. As a Floor Lead, you'll work closely with the lumber yard team to keep daily operations running smoothly, coordinate workflow, and ensure lumber is properly handled, organized, and moved efficiently throughout the facility.
