Partner with senior leadership to align rewards with performance, culture, and long-term value creation- Lead the design and governance of executive and employee compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, equity, and long-term incentive plans- Oversee compensation planning cycles, ensuring alignment with pay-for-performance principles and internal equity- Ensure compliance with credit union regulations and best practice.- Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team with expertise in compensation, & benefits- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements.
