High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage, food, or CPG industry strongly preferred)Minimum 1 years of supervisory or lead experienceStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and packaging equipmentWorking knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and basic welding/fabrication is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust be available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periodsExposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
