Project Management: Must have demonstrated experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, quality control, and project closeout. They should be able to understand load paths and structural considerations, recognize when specialized work needs to be subcontracted, understand construction methods and sequencing, review project numbers, identify potential problems, and make sound, high-level decisions in the field and at the company level.
