The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations across multiple production workstations, including clean room manufacturing environments, to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; managing cross training matrix and plan.
