Lead core TA team to ensure work coordination, planning, scheduling, cost management, material management, operations rep, project rep, and shared services are working together in Front End Loading (FEL), pre-TA activities, TA execution and post-TA activities. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Turnaround Work Processes and operating systems in an industrial environment, including effectively working with all stakeholders while facilitating program development and championing program implementation.
