As Director of Business Recruiting, you will own recruiting across Operations, Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and Provider and Clinical teams - leaders and teams that will influence how we serve providers, partner with payors, reach patients, and scale the business. You'll lead Business Recruiters who own distinct parts of the company, set the strategy for the function, and partner directly with senior leaders on critical talent and organizational decisions - while staying close enough to the work to personally lead our most important searches.
