The right candidate will be a motivated team player, productive self-starter who will interface with Lead Engineers, Project Coordinators, Support Staff, tower crews, and customer contacts to perform field measurements, manage a drive-test team, follow well-defined procedures, use common sense, and ultimately be responsible for producing high quality RF field measurements. Maintain a healthy work environment using clear and professional communication with the team including lead engineers, project coordinators, support staff (drivers), and tower crew personnel.
