RESPONSIBILITIES: + Develop comprehensive execution plan to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations + Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the timeliness of activation upon full authorization in a market, product accessibility, and Starlink's operational health in live markets + Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink, including development of business models + Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with Starlink's leadership + Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources + Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams in order to build a strong networking across these departments and with external resources to ensure compliance + Support and educate internal stakeholders on market requirements and timeframes, working collaboratively to achieve company objectives BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance + 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning + 1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States + 1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) + Experience using various programming languages (e.g Python, Javascript, R, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Ruby) + Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders ADDTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: + Willingness to travel up to 50% + Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends + This is not a remote position and would require being onsite in either Bastrop, TX or Redmond, WA ITAR REQUIREMENTS: + To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
