Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program for all production equipment, including CNC machinery, edge banders, finishing lines, material handling systems, and facility utilities. Possess a strong working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems typical in a woodworking manufacturing environment.
