Primary Responsibility: The Portioning Supervisor reports to the Production Superintendent and is responsible for ensuring that production on assigned line is run in an efficient and safe manner to ensure production of first quality product to meet customer needs and specifications.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Supervises a team of hourly hand portioners. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
