You will be responsible for identifying utility conflicts, coordinating with utility owners, managing permit requirements, supporting utility relocations and protection measures, maintaining locate compliance, and helping ensure construction activities are executed safely around existing infrastructure. You will work closely with utility owners, project teams, contractors, engineers, field operations, and regulatory agencies to identify conflicts, coordinate access, manage utility risks, and support construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
