The Director partners closely with Order Excellence, Order Operations, Operational Excellence, IT, Finance, RCM, Patient Services, Sales, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure transformation work is grounded in operational needs, connected to the business, and positioned for successful adoption. Provide leadership for transformation initiatives such as new platforms and enterprise initiatives, automation, future-state workflows, and operating model changes that impact Order Operations and related teams.
