To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience working in a housekeeping or hospitality setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the Supervisor must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form, with all levels of employees, guests, and hotel leadership., in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner.
