p>Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Profitability: Properly manage assigned assets (equipment, cash, product, etc) • Guest: Provide attentive and courteous customer service, Deliver WOW experiences to all Guests, Display a continuous positive attitude with guests • People: Direct team efforts in order to achieve company goals (sales, profit, etc.), Hold team accountable for their responsibilities, Assign shift duties, Manage team member breaks, Develop a team mindset focused on excellence • Operations: Execute operational excellence - speed of service, food quality and order accuracy, Verify team members complete assigned positional tasks, Drive team members to maintain an exceptionally clean restaurant, Operate cash register, tray/bag orders, drive thru headset, dining room cleaning/host. Shift Managers (SM) are the Aces among all team members and are responsible for shift management; running shift operations as well as overseeing team member efforts and activities in order to achieve desired goals.
