The Team Leader serves as both a producing leader and a strategic partner, fostering team performance, mentoring talent, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions through cross-functional collaboration across Treasury Management, Deposits, Wealth Management, and other commercial product groups. This role oversees a portfolio of privately held middle market clients (generally $100MM-$1B in revenue) and is accountable for driving new business development, maintaining strong credit quality, and ensuring disciplined risk management practices.
