Reviews and approves vendor submittal documents such as welding procedure specifications, performance qualification records, nondestructive examination (NDE) procedures, NDE personnel qualifications/certifications, inspection and test plans, and procedures. Provides oversight, direction, and training to QC staff to ensure all QC activities are conducted in compliance with established rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring high-quality products and services for customers.
