This position is located in Palo Alto and works a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) This role is responsible for HCM strategy including incorporating AI into our existing and future processes/tools, developing the business roadmap, requirement definitions, business process design, user testing, Workday operational reporting, change management, business readiness, program roll-out and first line support. 4+ years of project management including managing multiple complex technology projects simultaneously with full responsibility for client mgmt, requirements gathering, change mgmt, reporting, business process change, and support roll-out.
