8 years of total experience leading structured problem-solving and root cause investigations (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, or equivalent methodologies), managing multiple concurrent investigations against firm 30/60/90-day deadlines, and utilizing quality management systems such as Quality Suite, Documentum/EDMS, and ServiceMax, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
