Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience. The Plant Manager will build a unified operating team, translate strategic direction into daily execution, and ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and profitably while supporting continued growth and customer commitments.
