The RN Quality Coordinator serves as an internal quality and patient-safety resource and collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, ancillary departments, hospital administration, frontline staff, and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes, reduce preventable harm, strengthen regulatory compliance, improve patient experience, and promote a culture of high reliability and continuous improvement. Our diversified healthcare delivery network spans 29 states and includes 63 community hospital campuses, 32 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, and more than 170 additional sites of care across the healthcare continuum, such as acute rehabilitation units, outpatient centers and post-acute care facilities.
