Must be well versed on all facility related MEP Core, subsystems and components, ( chillers, boilers, hvac units, cooling towers, plumbing systems, HWH, electrical low-medium voltage systems including substations, transfer switches, GENSETS, writing SOPs, VFDs, pumps, motors). The WORKING SUPERVISOR is responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and ensure execution of all work related to the EMCOR Facilities Services (EMCOR) scope responsibility at the site is tracked, completed and recorded in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
