Audit contractor and self-perform quality turnover documentation, including MTRs, weld maps, weld logs, PWHT reports, NDT reports, concrete placement records, bolt tensioning records, and other civil/structural QC documentation. The QA/QC Manager will be embedded on the Engineering team and serve as the owner's quality representative, ensuring that all construction-whether self-performed or executed by subcontractors-meets the intent of design drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes.
