The role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for a multi-disciplinary engineering team and is accountable for safe, efficient, scalable, and cost-effective manufacturing execution, while driving process capability, capacity planning, quality improvement, operational readiness, and leadership bench strength across the portfolio. Lead, develop, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of manufacturing engineers, process engineers, and technical leads in support of production operations, including coaching high-potential talent and building bench strength to support succession within the organization.
