Proven maintenance management experience supporting heavy equipment and fleet operations within metal recycling or a similar industrial environment, including recycling, demolition, aggregate, quarry, mining, waste management, lumber, steel mills, concrete, asphalt, ready mix, or heavy equipment rental. The Maintenance Manager will oversee a six-person maintenance team and be responsible for fleet maintenance, heavy mobile equipment, diesel trucks, hydraulic systems, stationary processing equipment, and related industrial machinery.
