Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, scheduling, or supply chain management. This role works closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to ensure materials, schedules, and resources are aligned to deliver products safely, efficiently, and on time.
