Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferredExperience in purchasing, inventory control, and maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial environmentCMMS implementation or administration experience preferred (examples include Maximo, PMC, PMX, SAP PM, or similar systems)Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, preventive maintenance practices, and asset managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis toolsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departmentsStrong research and technical writing skills, including documentation, instructions, and presentationsSix Sigma training or certification is strongly preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical hazardsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterityPerform other duties as assigned To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily.
