The role translates the Director, Data Center's execution strategy into safe, coordinated, and predictable field performance by leading General Superintendents and Superintendents and aligning manpower, short-interval planning, material and equipment deliveries, site logistics, quality control, and installation sequencing. Develops and maintains manpower plans with field supervision and administrative support; forecasts labor needs, coordinates additions and reductions, and confirms onboarding, badging, background checks, drug screening, and site access are completed before personnel are needed.
