Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and management of pathology</li><li>Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with oral health conditions requiring surgical intervention</li><li>Collaborate with referring dentists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient care</li><li>Administer anesthesia including local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation in accordance with state regulations and patient needs</li><li>Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice policies</li><li>Educate patients and/or guardians on post-operative care, risks, and expected outcomes of procedures</li><li>Ensure surgical operatory is sterile and equipped with appropriate tools, supplies, and staff support</li><li>Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery</li><li>Contribute to the practice’s reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school</li><li>Completed residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery</li><li>Board-certified or board-eligible</li><li>Active Washington State Dental License (or eligible to obtain) and/or Active Idaho State Dental License</li><li>Active DEA License</li></ul>

Palm Health Resources is hiring an Locum Cardiac Surgeon role in Washington State! Need a WA State Licensed Candidate! This will be to work 1-2 weekends per month to start with an option to work more than 2 weeks per month as a locum! Would love someone to start in may! The practice has 2 full-time surgeons and one per diem. They have 2 PAs, with a 3rd coming on board soon. They do about 235 cardiac and thoracic cases a year, not counting TAVR (additional ~140). They do all procedures, except transplant and maybe some of the more complex interventions that would require inpatient heart failure, which we dont have yet. We have Perm and Locum Tenen Openings with some of the country's top cardiac surgery programs! Our locums are treated like a family member!
